This is a single sided fusible foam stabiliser/interfacing which means it is adhesive on just one side. This makes it ideal for fixing to fabrics. It is soft, easy to stitch through and gives great structure and body, particularly to bags as well as some added strength too. It can be simply stuck into place then the item is sewn together, or it can be quilted first. The quilting lines really stand out to give the finished project a very professional look. It’s perfect for using with many of our Amber Makes kits and can give a bag that stand-up basket effect. It’s machine washable too.

How to use Fusible Foam

1. Place the Bosal IN-R-Form with the glue side up. The glue side is the shinier side.
2. Place the fabric you want to attach the Bosal IN-R-Form to, RS up on top, in the position you want it to be.
3. Set the temperature of your iron to the fabric you are going to be using. Bosal IN-R-Form can withstand the cotton heat setting so use this if you are fixing it to a cotton fabric.
4. Hold the iron in place for 10 to 15 seconds then move it to the next section and repeat. Every now and then, check to see if the Bosal IN-R-Form is firmly glued in place. If not, keep pressing until it is.
5. After fixing, leave to cool down completely so it is firmly fused.
